Official Rules
1. HOW TO ENTER/NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
Enter online via online entry form or mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope with contact details to: Losi Giveaway c/o HobbyTown Santee, 9747 Mission Gorge Rd, Santee CA 92071. Must be received by September 27, 2024. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
2. ELIGIBILITY:
Open to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of HobbyTown Santee, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. ENTRY PERIOD:
The promotion begins on September 5, 2024 and ends on September 27, 2024 at 7 pm PT. Entries must be received by September 27 at 7 pm PT.
5. PRIZES:
- Grand Prize: One (1) Losi NASCAR™ RC Racecar, approximate retail value ($179.99).
- Additional Prizes: One (1) Losi NASCAR™ RC Racecar body retail value ($49.99), one (1) NASCAR™ cup retail value ($34.95)
6. ODDS OF WINNING:
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries and will be announced September 29, 2024. Winners do not need to be present to win. Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 10 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. CLAIMING PRIZES:
Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. Prizes not claimed within this period will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of HobbyTown Santee, which are final and binding. HobbyTown Santee reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules. Void where prohibited by law.
10. PRIVACY:
Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this giveaway and for future HobbyTown email communication (with opt-in) and in accordance with HobbyTown Santee’s Privacy Policy.
11. WINNER LIST:
For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 9747 Mission Gorge Road, Santee CA 92071 within 30 days of the end of the promotion.
