1st time coming here. Came for a diagnostic for my son's TRAXX that wasn't working. I want to say it was Nate (sorry if Igot the name wrong) took it in right away, identified it was the motor, and said they can have it fixed in 30 minutes. This was with no appointment, just walked in, and zero hassle. 100% helpful. I left the store to run an errand and they called in less than 10 minutes saying it was fixed. Outstanding service.
